| 摘 要： | 目前智能电网的建设已经成为各国发展的趋势。对国内外智能电网的研究现状进行了综述,提出发展安全、经济和清洁运行并重的智能型电网的基本思路,论述智能电网可能的发展方向,总结出智能电网建设过程中的关键性支撑技术。同时,指出我国当前制定电网安全、经济与清洁运行的技术规范和国家标准的迫切性。
