摘    要:文章阐述了由耐热铝合金线、退火铝线、成型铝线等导体与碳钢、“Invar”钢、碳纤维 -聚合物复合强度材料组合的大容量导线的特点、性能 ,并提供了经改进后的NRLH(6 0 %IACS)GJ - 4 0 0 / 35钢芯耐热铝合金导线的试验结果。为了推广应用和开发新颖的大容量导线 ,建议 :对大容量导线的选择应多方案比较 ;调研总结已在网运行的耐热铝合金导线线路的设计和运行经验 ;组织不同学科和行业进行深入研讨 。

Abstract:The paper illustrates the characters and performance of large-capacity conductors consisting of heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire, annealed aluminum wire and formed aluminum wire with carbon steel, "Invar" steel, carbon fiber-polymer compound strength material. It also offers the test results of improved aluminum-alloy cable steel-reinforced conductor-NRLH(60%IACS)GJ-400/35. The authors recommend that it is necessary to compare many options for selection of the large-capacity conductors, investigate and summarize the design and operation experiences of heat-resistant aluminum-alloy conductor under operation and further study by means of organizing different subjects and industries.
