基于RDC的随钻角度测量系统设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种可以在井下等高温恶劣环境中持续稳定可靠工作的测量系统,采用了由旋转变压器-RDC构成的随钻角度测量系统.介绍了该测角系统的设计原理,设计并实现了旋转变压器的信号处理电路.为了提高测角系统的可靠性和精度,对软件解码出来的角度增加了一个观测器,可以根据观察到的误差采取纠正措施和误差补偿.测试的数据表明,该系统测量精度高,能把误差降低到在0.1°以内,能长期持续稳定的工作,可靠性好,完全可以满足井下角度实时监测的要求.

Abstract:Design angle measurement system while drilling for stable working underground, steady and reliable at high temperature harsh environments based on resolver-RDC.Introduced the design principle of the angle measurement system, designed and implemented a resolver signal processing circuit.In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of the angle measuring system, an observer is added to observe the software decoding angle, and corrective measures and error compensation can be taken according to the observed errors.Test data show that: the system is high accuracy, to go to the error is less than 0.1 degrees, can be sustained and stable long-term work, good reliability, fully meet the requirements of real-time monitoring of down hole angle.
