基于测量链的CVT谐波测量系统不确定度评价方法

摘    要:针对在线测量设备现场运行的不确定度评估不准确的问题,以电容式电压互感器(CVT)的谐波测量系统为实例,提出测量链的建模和系统不确定度的数值评估方法。首先,基于测量原理建立测量链模型;其次,通过实验的方法对测量链不同环节进行数值建模;最后,利用蒙特卡罗法计算测量链的合成不确定度。算例分析表明,该方法有效评估了关键因素对CVT谐波测量系统的复合影响,定量得到了CVT谐波测量系统在实际运行中的系统不确定度。

Abstract:Targeting the inaccurate evaluation of operation uncertainty of on-line measuring equipment, with a case study of capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) harmonic measurement system, the paper proposes the modeling of measurement chain and the numerical evaluation method of system uncertainty. Firstly, the measurement chain model is established based on the measurement principle. Secondly, the numerical modeling of different links in the chain is carried out through experimental methods. Finally, the combined uncertainty of the chain is calculated by Monte Carlo method. The analysis of an example shows that this method can effectively evaluate the combined impact of key factors on the CVT harmonic measurement system, so that the system uncertainty of the CVT harmonic measurement system in actual operation can be obtained quantitatively.
