基于状态空间法的风机调频退出时刻研究

摘    要:风机通常采用惯量控制参与调频,而在退出调频时容易引发频率二次跌落问题。为此,提出了一种风机调频退出时刻的确定方法。首先由状态空间法,推导了研究所需的系统模型。然后以风机调频退出时刻为分界,得到了适用于频率动态分析的分段线性化模型;以提升频率二次跌落对应的频率最低值为目标,建立了优化模型,并给出了求解算法。基于Matlab/Simulink搭建了仿真系统模型,仿真结果验证了所建立分段线性化模型的准确性和退出时刻的合理性。

Abstract:Wind turbine usually adopts inertia control to participate in frequency regulation, but it is easy to cause secondary frequency drop when terminating frequency regulation. Therefore, a method to determine the frequency regulation termination time of wind turbine is proposed. Firstly,the system model required for the study is derived based on state-space method. Then,taking the frequency regulation termination time of wind turbine as the boundary, piecewise linearization model suitable for the analysis of frequency dynamics is obtained. Furthermore, an optimization model with the aim of lifting the frequency nadir of secondary frequency drop is established, and the solution algorithm is provided. The simulation system model is built in Matlab/Simulink. The accuracy of the piecewise linearization model and the rationality of the termination time are verified by the simulation results.
