摘    要:随着新能源发电规模的增加和能源供需广域平衡需求的日趋迫切,电网对柔性交流输电技术(FACTS)提出了更高的需求。各种FACTS设备都可提升电网稳定性,如何选择最优方案成为一个新的问题。博弈论的发展为FACTS设备的方案选择提供了新的解决途径。通过提出设备选择指标,并利用博弈论对各权重指标进行博弈,得到更加合理的权重值,构建评价体系模型,对FACTS设备中的统一潮流控制器(UPFC)、可控串补(TCSC)以及新增输电通道3种方案进行比选。最后,通过在某地区电网新技术设备选择中进行实例应用,得出最优方案。

Abstract:With the increasing scale of new energy power generation and the increasing demand for energy supply and demand wide-area balance, the power grid has put forward higher demand for flexible AC transmission technology(FACTS). Various FACTS devices can improve grid stability, and how to choose the optimal solution has become a new problem. The development of game theory provides a new solution to the choice of FACTS equipment. The equipment selection indicator is proposed, and game theory is used to play games on each weight index to obtain more reasonable weight values,an evaluation system model is built for comparing three schemes, i.e. unified power flow controller(UPFC), controllable series compensation(TCSC) in FACTS equipment and new transmission channel. Finally,the optimal solution is obtained through the example application in the selection of new technology equipment in a certain regional power grid.
