摘    要:提出了一种基于向量序优化算法的多目标多阶段电源扩展规划方法。首先,将可靠性指标和环境指标纳入到常规的经济性电源规划模型,统筹考虑电源扩建中多方面的综合效益,构建多目标多阶段电源扩展规划模型;然后,利用向量序优化算法对模型进行求解,并基于隶属度函数确定最优规划方案;最后,基于仿真算例验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:A multi-objective and multi-stage power expansion planning method based on vector order optimization algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the reliability index and environment index are incorporated into conventional economic power planning model, and a multi-objective and multi-stage power expansion planning model is constructed by considering the comprehensive benefits of power expansion. Then, the model is solved by vector ordinal optimization algorithm,and the optimal planning scheme is determined based on membership function. Finally,the correctness and validity of the proposed method are verified by simulation examples.
