摘    要:间歇性可再生能源和高渗透率的储能设备使能源系统的供需平衡控制愈加复杂,为能源系统的协同调度带来了挑战。针对含储能可再生能源系统,提出了一种基于实时电价的能源系统协同调度策略。首先,建立了含风光、储能系统、火电机组及多类型用户的可再生能源系统模型。其次,提出了一种双层规划模型,将实时电价和能源调度有机集成,实现了能源系统的协同调度优化。最后,基于KKT算法与改进麻雀优化算法实现模型求解。仿真实验表明了基于实时电价的协同调度策略对于含储能可再生能源系统的协同调度优化及系统效益提高具有重要意义。

Abstract:Intermitted renewable energy and high-permeabiling energy storage systems makes the control of supply demand balance of energy systems more complex, which takes challenge to the collaborative scheduling of energy systems. A collaborative scheduling strategy for renewable energy systems (RES) with energy storage system (ESS) based on real-time pricing (RTP) is proposed. Firstly, RES including WV, PV, ESS, thermal power unit and multiple types of users is built. Secondly,a bi-level programming model is proposed to integrate RTP and energy scheduling organically, so as to realize energy cooperative scheduling optimization. At last, the model is solved based on KKT algorithm and improved sparrow optimization algorithm. Numerical experiments show that the cooperative scheduling strategy based on RTP is of great significance for the cooperative scheduling optimization of RES with ESS and the improvement of system benefits.
