摘    要:根据滚动轴承的振动信号具有周期性非平稳变化的特征,引入周期能量的概念,针对滚动轴承故障诊断准确度不高的问题,提出了一种基于非参数估计的正交匹配与周期能量的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。利用正交匹配追踪算法和非参数波形估计精确提取出振动信号的特征;以周期为单位计算信号的周期能量并进行归一化处理;进而根据截取信号的周期能量的范围识别轴承的故障类型。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的故障识别率,能准确、有效地诊断出故障类型,具有较高的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the non stationary and periodic change characteristic of the vibration signals in roller bearing, the concept of periodical energy is produced. Aiming at the problem of roller bearing fault diagnosis accuracy is not high, the roller bearing fault diagnosis method about combining orthogonal matching based on nonparametric estimation with periodical energy is proposed in this paper. Orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm and nonparametric waveform estimation are used to extract the feature of vibration signal accurately. Periodic signal energy is calculated and normalization processing is carried out. And according to the scope of the periodical energy of intercepted signal, the bearing fault type is identified. The experimental results show that the method has high fault diagnosis rate and can accurately and effectively diagnose the fault type, and the proposed fault diagnosis method has higher application value and broad application prospects.
