摘    要:基于同步相量测量单元(PMU)的广域测量系统(WAMS)是一种综合了同步PMU和通信技术的广域网络.文中分析了WAMS的网络结构和PMU的结构原理,根据WAMS的功能特点建立了PMU的硬软件失效概率模型和考虑节点可靠性的WAMS可靠性模型.利用WAMS连通可靠性的评估方法,在考虑PMU节点可靠性的情况下,用节点遍历法和不交化法计算出源宿点的最小路集,然后用频率时间法计算出整个网络连通可靠性、平均故障间隔时间等可靠性指标.以河南电网某实际WAMS网络为算例进行评估仿真,得到单个PMU的可用度和整个网络的连通可靠性,以及网络节点和链路的关键度等可靠性指标,为确定WAMS的薄弱环节提供依据.
