摘    要:为了分析并改善光伏并网系统稳定性问题,本文建立了包括锁相环(PLL)在内的两级三相式光伏并网系统小信号模型,利用特征值法分析了电网强度、最大功率追踪(MPPT)控制参数、锁相环控制参数对系统稳定性的影响。分析可知弱电网下主导振荡模态与锁相环控制参数直接相关。基于锁相环和电流内环控制的相互作用,提出一种附加控制方法,将锁相环的输出频率变量通过控制系数附加作用于电流内环控制。利用特征值法和时域仿真证明该方法可解决弱电网情况下由于锁相环控制参数设置不当带来的系统稳定性问题,并找出了控制系数在不同锁相环参数设置下的可行域。

Oscillation Modes Analysis and Control of Two-stage Three-phase Photovoltaic Grid-connected System with Phase-locked Loop

Abstract:To analyze and improve the stability of photovoltaic grid-connected system, a two-stage three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system small-signal model including phase-locked loop (PLL) is established. The eigenvalue method is used to analyze the influence of power grid strength, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control parameters and PLL control parameters on system stability. The dominant oscillation mode under weak grid condition is directly related to the control parameters of PLL. Based on the interaction between PLL and inner current loop, an additional control method is proposed. The output frequency from the PLL is introduced to the inner current loop through the additional control coefficient. From eigenvalue analysis and time domain simulation, it is proved that this method can solve the system stability problem caused by improper setting of PLL control parameters. Then the lower limit values of the additional control coefficient under different PLL gains are given.
