基于滑模观测器估计误差反馈的永磁同步电机转速控制策略

摘    要:针对高精度伺服调速系统的永磁同步电机(PMSM)响应速度慢、转速跟踪性能差和转矩脉动大等问题,提出一种基于滑模观测器(SMO)估计误差反馈的永磁同步电机转速控制策略。首先,在永磁同步电机矢量控制基础上设计以滑模观测器转速估计误差实时分配转速PI控制和滑模控制(SMC)的复合控制策略; 其次,利用滑模观测器转速、转角估计误差设计转角速度补偿调节器对转速实时补偿,由此进行误差的转速补偿控制。最后,结果表明基于滑模观测器估计误差反馈的永磁同步电机转速控制策略相较于PI控制和滑模控制具有较小的超调量、良好的平稳性和较强的抗扰能力等优点

Abstract:To solve the problems of slow response speed, poor speed tracking performance and large torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)for high precision speed control system, proposed a speed control strategy of PMSM based on estimation error feedback of synovial mode observer(SMO). Firstly, designedthe composite control strategy of real-time distribution speed PI control and sliding mode control(SMC)with sliding mode observer speed estimation error, which had been based on the vector control of PMSM; Then,designed the angular speed compensation regulator to compensate the rotor speed in real time by using the estimated error of speed, angular output by synovial mode observer. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed strategy has smaller overshoot and better stability than the PI control and SMC control while its robustness is still strong
