摘    要:针对城市垃圾焚烧排放污染物含量高,探讨了一种焚烧系统温度控制的仿人智能算法。剖析了垃圾不完全燃烧、烟气排放污染与导致二次污染等产生的原由,讨论了焚烧稳定性控制的条件,总结了焚烧过程的控制论特性,研究了焚烧过程的智能控制策略,构建了一种基于仿人智能的控制算法。以二阶滞后模型为例,仿真实验验证了仿人智能控制算法的强抗干扰能力与过程控制的良好品质。仿真研究结果表明,提出的控制算法对焚烧炉过程温度控制是可行与有效的。

Abstract:To address the problem of the high pollutant content discharged from city garbage incineration, this paper explores a human-simulated intelligent algorithm for controlling the temperature of the incineration process. We determine the reasons for incomplete garbage combustion, flue gas emission pollution, and secondary pollution. We then discuss the conditions necessary for incineration stability, summarize the cybernetic characteristics of the incineration process, develop an intelligent control strategy for the incineration process, and construct a control algorithm based on human-simulated intelligence. Using a two-order lag model as an example, the simulation experiment demonstrates that it would have good anti-jamming ability and process control quality. The results of the simulation research show that the proposed control algorithm is feasible and effective for controlling the temperature of the incineration process.
