高强钢复杂曲面件充液拉深工艺模拟研究

摘    要:对某高强钢复杂曲面件的充液拉深工艺进行有限元数值模拟,分析了液室加载路径以及最高液室压力对成形结果的影响,得到该零件充液拉深成形合理的液室加载路径及最高液室压力。

Abstract:The sheet hydroforming process of high strength steel complex surface part is investigated by numerical simulation.Influence of hydraulic pressure loading path and the maximum hydraulic pressure on the forming results is analyzed.Reasonable hydraulic pressure loading path and the maximum hydraulic pressure of hydroforming process are got for this part.
