摘    要:用无机盐ZrOCl.8H2O和Y(NO3)3.6H2O为原料,以溶胶-凝胶技术路线,在多孔氧化铝支撑体上成功地制备了钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)陶瓷膜,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,用沉淀、胶溶、成膜的溶胶-凝胶技术,不能制备表面无龟裂的YSZ膜,沉啶用共沸蒸馏法干燥,得到高分散性的YSZ粉体,再用超声法制备YSZ氧化物胶体,通过浸渍成膜,SEM分析证明,YSZ膜表面无明显缺陷;室温氮气涌透实验进一步证明,膜结构完整,用等温氮吸附实验测定了干支撑体膜的孔径大小和分布,平均孔径为6nm。用激光散射技术测定YSZ胶体粒子平均半径为116nm,透射电子显微镜观察表明,胶体粒子由大小约为20nm的晶粒组成。

Abstract:Yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ, 8% mol Y2O3) membranes with expected composition were coated on porous alumina substrates by a dip-coating process with YSZ sol, which was prepared by sonicated dispersing YSZ powder in ethanol. The YSZ powder was synthesized by co-precipitation from inorganic aqueous solutions of ZrOCl28H2O and Y(NO3)36H2O, followed by azeotropic distillation and sintered at 600C for 2h. Crystalline structure of the YSZ powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction. Particle size of the sol was determined by laser scattering measurement. The mean pore diameter of an unsupported YSZ membrane was about 6nm as investigated by nitrogen isothermal desorption measurement. Investigation with scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen permeation testing showed that the membranes were crack-free
