0-3 PZT/PVDF 压电复合材料的制备及其性能

摘    要:采用溶液混合法制备PZT/PVDF压电复合材料。首先用水热法制备出适合溶液混合的PZT陶瓷粉末,并根据陶瓷粉末对PVDF的吸收量,选择乙醇作为PVDF的溶剂进行混合,然后烘干制备PZT/PVDF复合粉末,再成型极化。实验结果表明,这种复合方法提高了PZT陶瓷颗粒在PVDF有机基体中的分散度,使材料内部均匀,结构致密,从而提高了PZT/PVDF压电复合材料的压电和介电性能。

Abstract:The PZT/PVDF piezoelectric composite was fabricated with solution-mixing method.The PZT piezoelectric powders prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method possess many fine properties. The appropriate solvent, used to mix the polymer and the ceramic powders, was selected by comparing the adsorption of PVDF on the ceramic powders. The dried composite powders were pressed into shape for poling and properties measurement. The experimental results show that the powders synthesized by hydrothermal method can improve the dispersing level and the piezoelectric and dielectric properties.
