摘    要:对 SHS/ PHIP技术制备出的 Ti C- Al2 O3/ Fe复合材料的性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明 ,Ti C- Al2 O3/Fe复合材料具有良好的综合力学性能。材料具有很高的比刚度。金属 Fe相的加入 ,较大地提高了材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。 Ti C- Al2 O3复相陶瓷为典型的脆性断裂 ;随着 Fe含量的增加 ,材料具有明显韧性断裂的特征

Abstract:The influence of Fe content on the properties of TiC Al 2O 3/Fe composites prepared by SHS/PHIP was studied. The results show that the TiC Al 2O 3/Fe cermets prepared by SHS/PHIP possess high mechanical properties such as well improved flexural strength and fracture toughness owing to the addition of Fe, and highly special stiffness. The TiC Al 2O 3 ceramic exhibits the typical brittle fracture behavior. However, the TiC Al 2O 3/Fe cermets exhibit obvious characteristic of tough fracture with Fe content increasing.
