| 摘 要： | 镀锌线生产镀铝锌产品时候锌锅渣比较严重，大量的锌渣结在锌锅辊上导致生产很不稳顺。利用SEM和X-射线衍射分析镀锌线锌锅辊所结渣的成分，研究了锌锅辊结渣的原因，从而找出解决减少锌锅渣和锌锅辊结渣的办法，为生产线稳顺生产和产品质量的提高创造有利条件。

| Abstract: | The zinc slag pot was serious when the galvanized line producted aluminum-zinc alloy coating products.The production was unstable due to a large number of zinc slag adhered to zinc pot roller surface.By SEM and X-ray diffraction zinc pot roller slag composition about the galvanized line was analysed,and zinc pot roller slag reasons were investigated.A solution to reduce the zinc slag and zinc pot roller slag was found.Favorable conditions for the stable production lines and product quality improvement were ... |
