摘    要:针对一种新型的紧凑式换热器--一次表面换热器(PSR),分析了分别由椭圆、正弦曲线和抛物线构成板片波纹对芯体性能的影响。结合一台用于燃气轮机回热器的一次表面换热器样机的设计,给出了三种板片波纹形式的PSR芯体的主要性能,并通过与相应的板翅式芯体的对比,表明这种换热器的优越性。

Abstract:With respect to an innovative type of compact heat exchanger, the so called primary surface recuperator (PSR), newly emerging in the international arena, analyzed is the effect of plate corrugation formed respectively by elliptic, sinusoid and parabola curves on exchanger core performance. In connection with the design of a PSR sample unit used as the recuperator of a gas turbine the authors have given the main performance of three types of PSR core, based on three plate corrugation configurations. The superior performance of the PSR core can be demonstrated through its comparison with the core performance of plate fin heat exchangers.
