摘    要:Manautili铁矿床是塞拉利昂北方省典型的沉积变质型铁矿床,经过初步勘探,已探明资源量近2亿t。文章对该铁矿的区域地质、矿床地质、控矿条件等进行了系统总结,并结合前人研究成果,初步建立了Manautili铁矿的成矿模式。通过对该铁矿的航空磁测、地面磁测异常特征解析,并对比矿体地质特征,认为航空磁测+地面磁测的地球物理方法在该地区可实现快速找矿。文章通过系统总结控矿地质条件及地球物理特征,建立了该区找矿模型。该找矿模型的建立,可为塞拉利昂进一步寻找该类型铁矿提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Manautili iron deposit is a typical sedimentary metamorphic type iron deposit in the northern province, Sierra Leone. Based on preliminary exploration result, the total of iron ore resources has been proved to be up to 200 million tons. On the basis of summarizing systematically the regional geology, deposit geology, ore-controlling conditions of the iron deposit,the metallogenic model of Manautili iron deposit is preliminarily established in combination with the previous data. Through the analysis of aeromagnetic and ground magnetic anomaly characteristics and comparison with geological features of ore body, it is concluded that the geophysical aeromagnetic and ground magnetic survey is effective and quick prospecting method for iron deposit. The prospecting model was established by systematically summarizing geological conditions and geophysical characteristics. The establishment of the model can provide a theoretical basis for the further exploration of this type of iron ore deposit in Sierra Leone.
