| 摘 要： | 为探寻我国建筑类央企参与PPP 项目中“融资难”问题的成因，对我国建筑类央企参与PPP 项目的可融资性影响因素进行剖析。通过访谈和网络资源收集相关资料，基于扎根理论方法，采用NVivo11 质性分析软件对资料进行编码分析，归纳识别出建筑类央企参与PPP 项目可融资性的影响因素，并深入分析各影响因素对PPP 项目可融资性的影响机理和作用强度。结果显示，项目基本面、政府方因素、社会资本方因素以及外部环境因素是影响建筑类央企参与PPP 项目可融资性的4 个核心因素。研究成果以期在建筑类央企参与PPP 项目前期，为PPP 项目可融资性的评估和决策提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | The paper aims to reveal the cause of “financing difficulties” in the participation of PPP projects by central constructionenterprises in China，and analyze the factors influencing the financing of China’s central construction enterprises. The textualresearch materials were collected through interviews and online resources，and based on the grounded theory method，NVivo11 wasused to encode and analyze text data. Factors responsible for financing central construction enterprises in PPP projects weresummarized and identified. The influencing mechanism and strength of each factor on the financing of the PPP project were analyzeddeeply. The results show that project fundamentals，government factors，social capital factors，and external environmental factors arethe four core factors that influence the financing of central construction enterprises in participating in PPP projects. The researchresults are expected to provide central construction enterprises with theoretical supports for the evaluation and decision-making ofthe PPP project’s financing in the early stage. |
