| 摘 要： | 以建筑工程施工阶段绿色施工评价为出发点，结合当前国内建筑工程绿色施工的现场管理与技术水平，以及《绿色 建筑评价标准》《绿色施工导则》《建筑工程绿色施工评价标准》中的相关内容，分析绿色施工的影响因素并提出建筑工程 施工阶段的绿色施工评价指标体系。使用客观权重赋权法（熵权法）和主观权重赋权法（AHP）相结合的方法来确定因素组 合权重，运用灰色关联分析理论，建立基于灰色关联度分析法的绿色施工评价模型，以评选出具有较高绿色施工水平的施工 项目，并通过工程实例分析表明该绿色施工指标体系和评价模型的可操作性和可行性。

| Abstract: | Based on the green building evaluation in the construction phase of projects，combined with the current on-site management and technical level of green building in domestic construction projects，as well as the relevant contents in “Assessment Standard for Green Building”，“Code for Green Construction of Building” and “Evaluation Standard for Green Construction of Building”，this study analyzes the influencing factors of green construction and puts forward the green construction evaluation index system in the construction phase of construction projects. The objective weighting method (entropy weight method) and the subjective weighting method (AHP) are used to determine the weight of the combination of factors. The grey relational analysis theory is used to establish a green construction evaluation model for selecting construction projects with higher green construction level. The feasibility and operability of the green construction index system and evaluation model are demonstrated through the analysis of engineering examples. |
