摘    要:针对工程项目 BIM 应用能力的测评问题,借助德尔菲法确定影响指标要素集,利用主成分分析对 25 个指标要素进 行降维处理。结合相关研究文献和实际工程,从项目目标维度对 9 个主成分变量进行整合,进而构建出包括 5 个一级指标和 17 个二级指标的 BIM 技术应用能力评价指标体系。通过 COWA 算子对指标赋权,建立基于灰色定权聚类分析法的 BIM 应 用能力评价模型对工程项目进行测评,确定出各评价值与等级间的对应关系,识别出薄弱环节。将模型运用到青岛地铁 X 号线一期项目中,结果表明该项目 BIM 应用能力为较强等级,在信息管理和安全管理两方面的 BIM 应用力相对强,从而验 证该模型具有可行性和有效性。

Evaluating the BIM Application Capability of Engineering Projects Based on PCA-COWA-Grey Fixed Weight Clustering Method

Abstract:Aiming at the evaluation of BIM application ability of engineering projects, the Delphi method was used to determine the set of influencing index elements, and the principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimension of 25 index elements. Combined with relevant research documents and practical projects, 9 principal component variables are integrated from the project objective dimension, and then an evaluation index system of BIM technology application capability is constructed, which includes 5 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators. The COWA operator is used to weight the indexes, and the BIM application capability evaluation model based on grey fixed weight clustering analysis method is established to evaluate the engineering projects, determine the corresponding relationship between each evaluation value and grade, and identify the weak links. The model was applied to the first phase of Qingdao Metro Line X project. The results show that the BIM application capability of the project is relatively strong, and the BIM application capability in both information management and safety management is relatively strong, thus verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
