| 摘 要： | 研究了建设项目大中型事故模型从致因理论到阶段性模型的转变。首先分析建设项目大中型事故基于“过程性”的特点，进而在综述现有事故致因理论和阶段性模型的基础上，探讨建设项目大中型事故管理从致因理论向阶段性模型转变的必然性，巩固已建立的建设项目大中型事故阶段性模型，并对阶段性模型在大中型事故管理中的应用进行了展望。研究表明，阶段性模型可以有效解决建设项目大中型事故的实时控制问题，从致因理论向阶段性模型的转变是加强事故进程管理的必然要求。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the transition of medium-large construction accident management models from causation theory tostage model. Based on the analysis of the accidents’ characteristics and the review of existed causation theories and stage models, thenecessity of this transition is fully discussed and the constructed stage model in previous research is also consolidated. Furthermore,this study forecasts the development direction of the stage model in medium-large construction accidents. The results show that thestage model proposes an effective solution for the real-time management of the construction accidents during the process. In general,the transition from causation theory to stage model is essential for improving the management of accident development process. |
