| 摘 要： | 通过住建部自上而下的全国性问卷调查数据，运用多元回归模型从建筑业农民工人力资本与建筑业就业特性两个方面进行分析，结果发现:年龄、技能等级、工作时间、工作方式、企业资质是影响建筑业农民工收入的主要因素。由于建筑业的传统性和落后性，一线工人大多是从事体力劳动、技能水平偏低的农民工，工资收入与其付出不能对等，严重阻碍了我国建筑业的可持续发展。因此提高建筑业农民工收入水平，需要加大对农民工人力资本投资，改革建筑业传统和落后的生产与管理模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the top-down national survey data from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction，this paper uses themultiple regression analysis to investigate the factors influencing the income of construction workers from two aspects，i.e.，theworkers’ human capital and employment characteristics in construction industry. The results show that age，skill level，workinghours，working mode of workers and enterprise qualification are the main factors influencing the income of workers in theconstruction industry. Due to the traditional and backward nature of the construction industry, construction workers are mostlyengaged in manual labor with low technological level and their income cannot reflect their efforts，which hinders the sustainabledevelopment of the construction industry. Therefore，in order to improve the income level of construction workers，it is necessary toincrease the investment of their human capital and reform the traditional and backward production and management mode of theconstruction industry. |
