摘    要:在调研电网基建工程管理现状的基础上,分析了项目建设目标和功能需求,由此提出了实现电网基建工程数字化转型的工作思路和方法,并结合现有数字技术,给出了数字化解决方案。从技术、经济和社会等方面分析比较后显示,基于三维设计成果的数字化管理新模式开创了“数据驱动、专业融入、点面结合”的协同工作方式,优势明显,在电网基建工程项目全生命周期管理中具有很高的应用价值和前景,对电网基建业务管理数字化、智能化转变具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the current status and challenges faced by grid infrastructure engineering projects, the objectives and requirements for its digital transformation are discussed, and then the corresponding working ideas and methods to realize the digital transformation of the power grid infrastructure engineering are elaborated. As a result,a novel solution using modern digital technologies is proposed. The analysis and comparison, conducted from the aspects including technology, economy and society, make us believe that the new digital management mode, which is based on 3D design results, has high application value and prospects in the full life cycle management of power grid infrastructure projects. It is necessary for the digital implementation of infrastructure engineering. This research is of great significance to the digital and intelligent transformation of power grid infrastructure business management.
