| 摘 要： | 地理国情普查是一项首创性工作,标准高、难度大,成果质量是国情普查工作的生命线,关系到测绘地理信息事业的转型升级。本文介绍了第一次全国地理国情普查青岛测区质量控制的过程、流程、内容和方法。质量控制采取"三定三到位"、"质量关口前移"、"加强过程控制和技术指导"等方法,成果质量得到了国普办和省普办专家的高度肯定,取得很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Geography Census is a pioneering work,with high standard and great difficulty. As it"s know to all,the result quality is the lifeline of Census,related to the transformation of surveying and mapping geographic information busi-ness. This article describes the quality control contents of the first National Geographic Census with process, content, and methods, which used in Qingdao survey area. We taked methods such as no sooner said than done,quality check in ad-vanceand enhance process control and technical guidance to achieved very good results. And it has been highly apprecia-ted by experts. |
