络合铁法脱硫用铁稳定剂的研究

摘    要:考察了络合剂和还原剂种类及用量对铁稳定剂的影响,优化出制备铁稳定剂的最佳配方,并对制得的铁稳定剂进行了评价。结果表明:以乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和柠檬酸为络合剂, n(EDTA)/n(柠檬酸)为4.00,n(络合剂)/n(铁)为1.0~1.2,抗坏血酸为还原剂,其加入量为2 g/L的条件下制得的铁稳定剂,性能较佳,与其他添加剂有良好的配伍性能。在相同脱硫工艺条件下运行5 d后,自制铁稳定剂的络合剂降解率为5.0%,使用效果优于CT 15-2,但略低于ARI-350。

Abstract:The influence and dosage of types of complexing agent and reducing agent on iron stabi-lizer were investigated and the optimum formulation of iron stabilizer was optimized and then the iron sta-bilizer was evaluated.The results showed that the iron stabilizer prepared with EDTA and citric acid as the complexing agent,n(EDTA)/n(citric acid)at 4.00,n(complexing agent)/n(iron)at 1.0-1.2 and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent with the addition amount of 2 g/L had better performance and good compatibility with other additives.Under the same desulfurization process conditions,after operation for 5 d,the complexing agent degradation rate of the self-made iron stabilizer was 5.0%,which was better thanCT 15-2,but slightly worse than ARI-350.
