催化裂化催化剂铁离子污染的原因分析及对策

摘    要:介绍了某炼厂发生的催化裂化催化剂铁离子污染情况,分析了催化裂化催化剂铁离子污染的原因,并提出应对措施。结果表明:催化裂化装置铁离子主要来自原油、原油罐罐底油及装置腐蚀;通过采取定期清除原油罐罐底残渣,定期搅拌原油罐,将罐底油混入生产沥青的原油中或焦化、减黏装置原料的措施后,可消除铁离子污染的发生。

Abstract:The iron ion pollution of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) catalyst in a refinery was introduced, the causes of iron ion pollution of FCC catalyst were analyzed, and countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that the iron ions in FCC unit mainly came from crude oil, crude oil tank bottom oil and unit corrosion. Iron ion pollution could be eliminated by regularly removing the residue at the bottom of the crude oil tank, stirring the crude oil tank regularly, and mixing the oil at the bottom of the tank with the crude oil for asphalt production or the raw materials of coking and viscosity reducing devices.
