陕西烟草青枯病的病原鉴定

摘    要:2013年7月在陕西省西乡县韩岭村烟田首次发现疑似烟草青枯病病株,为了解陕西烟草青枯病的发生危害,对陕西省不同烟区的烟草青枯病的发生情况进行全面系统调查,并对田间采集的具有典型青枯病病症的烟草茎部样本进行了病原鉴定。结果表明:陕西省烟草青枯病发生区域为陕南的汉中、安康和商洛的三个种烟区,在延安、宝鸡和咸阳的三个烟区尚未发现,发病于6月上旬,盛发于7月中旬。该病害随温度升高而病情加剧,发病早期田块死苗严重,发病率可高达24.67%,而且有蔓延扩展趋势;通过对烟草茎秆上分离的病原细菌进行形态观察、致病性测定、生理生化性状等常规细菌鉴定技术,结合细菌16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定该病原菌为青枯劳尔氏菌Ralatonia solanacearum。

Identification of the pathogen of tobacco bacterial wilt in Shaanxi
Abstract:In order to know the condition of tobacco bacterial wilt in Shaanxi Province and guide forecast and integrate control the disease,we roundly investigated the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt and identified the pathogen of simples which has typical tobacco bacterial wilt symptoms. The results show that tobacco bacterial wilt occurred in the tobacco-growing areas of the southern Shaanxi including Hanzhong, Ankang and Shangluo, however this disease did not take place in the tobacco growing areas of Yan'an, Baoji and Xianyang; tobacco bacterial wilt break out in early June and prevailed in the middle of July in Shaanxi Province, and the condition was rapidly aggravated with the increasing temperature( the incidence of tobacco bacterial wilt reached up to 24.67%); using a serious methods including morphology, staining tests, pathogenicity, physiological, biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, we confirmed the pathogen of tobacco bacterial wilt was Ralatonia solanacearum.
