摘    要:为实时识别和诊断卷包机组生产过程中的质量风险,对经典的PFMEA方法进行改进,使用实时剔除率计算发生度,并设定机组稳态判定标准,开发了卷包机组质量风险管控系统。系统实施后,细支烟卷包综合质量得分由95.2分上升到96.7分,单箱卷烟生产的废品量由0.41 kg下降到0.23 kg,单箱卷烟烟叶消耗从21.34 kg下降到20.04 kg,单箱卷烟纸消耗下降18 m,单箱嘴棒消耗减少64支。该系统实时量化了过程质量风险,提升了质量问题处理效率,降低了质量成本。

Quality risk real-time assessment method for cigarette rolling package unit based on PFMEA

Abstract:In order to identify and diagnose the quality risk in the production process of the rolling package unit in real time, the classic PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method is improved, the occurrence rate is calculated using the real-time rejection rate, the steady state judgment standard of the unit is set, and the quality risk control system of the rolling package unit is developed. After the implementation of the system, the overall quality score of small cigarette packs rose from 95.2 score to 96.7 score, the amount of waste produced by a single box of cigarettes decreased from 0.41 kg to 0.23 kg, and the leaf consumption of a single box of cigarettes decreased from 21.34 kg to 20.04 kg. Paper consumption is reduced by 18 m, and the consumption of nozzle sticks per box is reduced by 64. The system quantifies process quality risks in real time, improves the quality problem handling efficiency, and reduces quality costs.
