| 摘 要： | 目的 为解决条盒透明纸包裹松弛，整形破损、堵塞等问题，设计了一种新型条盒透明纸美容装置。 方法 该装置采用PLC作为主控制器，协同气缸工作，通过设计肘杆机构、活动烙铁板等部件以及优化出烟装置等，对条盒透明纸一次性、全方位整形。 结果 该美容装置可以精确实现条盒透明纸单工位的六面美容，包装机组运行更加平稳，条装缺陷率由1.71%降低至0.90%。 结论 该技术可以为提升包装机组生产适应性提供支持。

Design of six-side beautifying device of cigarette carton transparent paper with single station |

| Abstract: | Objective Aiming at current problems in cigarette carton transparent paper, such as loose wrapping, damage and blocking, a new type of transparent paper beautifying device was designed in this work. Methods The device uses PLC as the main controller and cooperates with the air cylinder. Through the design of elbow bar mechanism, movable iron plate and other components, as well as the optimization of separating device, it can reshape the transparent paper in a one-time and all-round way. Results The test shows that the beautifying device can accurately realize the six side beautifying of the transparent paper with single station. The operation of the packaging unit is more smooth, and the defect rate of the strip packaging decreases from 1.71% to 0.90%. Conclusion This technology can provide support for improving the production adaptability of packaging unit. |
