摘    要:围绕“智慧烟叶”建设目标,研发了一套基于物联网监控的烟叶精准种植管理系统:设计了基于物联网技术的多源异构种植数据采集和传输机制,实现烟田种植数据的实时监控和采集,解决烟田数据采集难度大、成本高和采集滞后的问题;提出了一种基于机器学习的烟草精准种植和智能管理方法,利用机器学习和神经网络技术,训练烟草大田种植期分类模型和烟草智能管理模型,实现烟草精准种植和智能管理,构建烟草种植信息数据库,为烟草种植生产和分析管理提供依据。在广西靖西烟田实验基地的试用效果表明,该系统实现了烟叶种植环境数据、气象数据、土壤数据以及植株长势数据的自动化采集,支持烟草种植全过程的实时监控和智能管理,为智慧烟叶生产和管理可以提供有效的数据支撑。

Design and practice of tobacco precise planting management system based on IoT-based monitoring

Abstract:Focusing on the goal of "smart tobacco", a precise tobacco planting management system based on Internet of Things (IoT)monitoring is developed.First, a set of multi-source heterogeneous planting data collection and transmission mechanism based on IoT technology is designed to realize real-time monitoring and collection of tobacco field planting data, thus solving the difficulty in tobacco field data collection and addressing problems of high cost and lagging collection. Then, a method of precise tobacco planting and intelligent management based on machine learning is proposed, which uses machine learning and neural network technology to train the tobacco growth period classification model and tobacco planting management model, so as to achieve precise tobacco planting and intelligent management, and to build a tobacco planting information database, providing effective basis for tobacco production and analysis management. The experimental results in JingXi tobacco base of GuangXi province show that the system has realized automatic collection of tobacco planting environmental data, meteorological data, soil data and plant growth data, which supports real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the whole process of tobacco planting, as well as provides effective data support and platform foundation for intelligent tobacco production and management.
