Ni-Co-Mo镀层的析氢性能研究

摘    要:研究了获得Ni-Co-Mo复合镀层的最佳工艺条件及该镀层的析氢催化活性。依此最佳工艺条件制得Ni-Co-Mo复合电极,其析氢超电势η100为112.8mV,比不加Mo粉制得的Ni-Co合金电极(η100=204.8mV)低92mV.比纯镍片(η100=453mV)低340.2mV.

Abstract:The characteristics of hydrogen evolution of the Ni Co Mo cladding which was produced under designed technology conditions have been studied in laboratory. The factors affecting the formation of the cladding was investigated and the experimental result shows that the over potential for hydrogen evolution of the Ni Co Mo electrode was of 204.8 mV, which is lower by 92 mV than that of Ni Co alloy electrode and 340.2 mV than that of pure nickel.
