一种新型液压阀用电磁驱动机构的设计与研究

摘    要:针对液压阀换向时带来较大冲击的不足,设计了一种新型液压阀用电磁驱动机构,该驱动机构由1个双稳态永磁操动机构、1个磁流变液阻尼器(MRD)和1个隔磁铜片(安装在上述2个装置之间)串联而成,具有降低、调节液压冲击的作用。根据双稳态永磁操动机构的静态保持力和换向力的要求,对双稳态永磁操动机构进行设计,然后利用Maxwell软件对其进行电磁仿真分析;根据双稳态永磁操动机构换向过程中的受力情况,对MRD所需产生的阻尼力的大小及调节范围对MRD提出要求;结合Maxwell软件对MRD进行电磁场仿真分析,利用MATLAB软件对MRD的结构进行优化设计。

Abstract:In view of hydraulic shock when hydraulic valves reverse, we design a new electromagnetic drive mechanism for hydraulic valves which has the effect of reducing and regulating hydraulic shock. The drive mechanism consists of a bistable permanent actuator, a magnetorheological fluid damper (MRD) and a magnetic separator (which is made of copper, installed between the bistable permanent actuator and the MRD). Firstly, according to requirements of static holding force and reversing force of bistable permanent magnet actuator, we design a bistable permanent magnet actuator, then carry out electromagnetic simulation analysis by the software Maxwell. Secondly, according to the electromagnetic driving force situation of bistable permanent magnet actuator during reversing process, requirements are put forward for magnitude and adjustment range of damping force required by MRD. Finally, we analyze the electromagnetic field simulation results by the software Maxwell, and use the software MATLAB to optimize the structure of the MRD.
