摘    要:舰船执行复杂战术动作时,舰船调节阀承受着流体振荡导致的附加耦合负载,导致阀门动作异常,危及舰船安全。为了保证舰船调节阀在调节过程中的安全及可靠,基于ANSYS Fluent建立了调节阀的有限元模型,分析舰船突变工况下调节阀的阀芯轴向受力及流体压力,讨论调节阀在不同的阀芯移动方向和不同阀门入口压力下的阀芯负载变化,揭示舰船调节阀附加耦合负载的形成机制与演化规律。结果表明:在一定工况下,调节阀的阀芯受到的附加耦合负载最大超过20 kN;阀芯从下向上移动时,其附加耦合负载逐渐减小,反之附加耦合负载逐渐增大;上游管道输入调节阀的流体压力对附加耦合负载的影响较大;附加耦合负载会造成调节阀执行机构所承受的载荷发生剧烈振荡。

Abstract:When the warship executes complex tactical actions,the control valve in warships is subjected to the additional coupling load caused by fluid oscillation,resulting in abnormal valve operation and endangering safety.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the control valve in the regulation process,the finite element model of the control valve is established based on ANSYS Fluent and the axial force and fluid pressure of the valve core are analyzed under the sudden working condition.The changes of valve core load are discussed under different valve core moving directions and inlet pressure,and then the formation mechanism and evolution law of additional coupling load of control valve are revealed.The results show that the maximum additional coupling load on the valve core of the control valve is more than 20 kN.When the valve core moves from bottom to top,the additional coupling load decreases gradually,on the contrary,the load increases gradually.The fluid pressure change of the upstream pipeline input control valve had a great influence on the additional coupling load.The additional coupling load of the control valve could produce obvious fluctuations.
