高频响比例阀非线性补偿控制策略

摘    要:为了解决单向电磁铁比例阀的非线性特性对系统位置控制精度和动态响应速度的问题,设计了不严格依赖于精确数学模型且具有较好控制精度的非线性补偿策略。基于系统的位置反馈偏差和偏差的变化率,提出了速度和加速度反馈的补偿思想,同时引入了前馈校正提高比例流量阀的跟踪精度。在AMESim仿真平台上验证了非线性补偿策略的有效性。结果表明:非线性补偿算法的引入,消除了比例阀存在的滞后性和不稳定性,提高了高频率下的响应速度和跟踪精度。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the nonlinear characteristic of the one-directional solenoid proportional valve affects the position control accuracy and dynamic response speed of the system, a nonlinear compensation strategy which does not strictly depend on the precise mathematical model and has better control accuracy is designed. Based on the position feedback deviation and the deviation rate of the system, the compensation idea of speed and acceleration feedback is proposed, and feedforward correction is introduced to improve the tracking accuracy. The effectiveness of the nonlinear compensation strategy is verified based on the AMESim simulation platform. The results show that the introduction of the nonlinear compensation algorithm eliminates the hysteresis and instability, and improves the response speed and tracking accuracy at high frequency.
