超声辅助反冲洗过滤器的试验研究

摘    要:针对延迟焦化工艺过程中焦化柴油焦粉的除去问题,设计了超声辅助反冲洗试验台。先用过滤器对配制的污油进行过滤,然后对过滤器内滤芯进行超声辅助反冲洗,通过测量压差来确定滤芯的反冲洗效果。同时分析反冲时间、超声波功率密度和超声时间等参数对滤芯清洗效果的影响。试验表明:超声辅助反冲洗方法能明显降低滤芯的压差,与无超声作用的滤芯反冲洗相比,滤芯清洗效果有明显的提升。在试验条件下,功率密度为1.6 W/cm2、超声时间为15 min、反冲时间为15 min比较合适。

Abstract:In order to solve problems in the coke powder removal of oil coke delayed coking process, an ultrasonic assisted backwashing test bench is designed. First of all, we use the filter to filter the foul oil, and then wash the filter core by the ultrasonic auxiliary backwash. The cleaning effect of the filter core is judged by the method to measure the pressure difference of the filter core. At the same time we analyze the influence of the recoil time, the ultrasonic power density, the effects of ultrasound time and other parameters on the filter cleaning effect. The tests show that: the ultrasonic assisted backwashing filtering method can significantly reduce the filter pressure difference, and compared to the recoil liquid method without ultrasonic assisted, the filter washing cleaning effect is significantly improved. When the power density is 1.6 W/cm2, the ultrasonic effect is 15 min, and the recoil liquid is 15 min, the cleaning effect is more suitable.
