摘    要:许多供液设备,都有三通汇流均匀性要求。通过对90°折角T形三通管供液系统理论分析,得出提高三通管入口总压差特性曲线斜率,有助于改善汇流均匀性。据此优化得出一种入口带缩口的45°Y形三通管。对上述T形三通管和Y形三通管进行数值模拟,发现T形三通管在汇流处高流量一侧突然90°转向,该区域的流体发生扰动从而阻碍了低流量一侧流体流入,导致汇流不均匀;而Y形三通管在汇流处,由于缩口限流作用,抑制高流量一侧流体流入,同时在汇流处形成了低压区,抽吸低流量一侧流体,有助于改善汇流均匀性。

Abstract:For the purpose of improving flow uniformity in many equipment, a system for supplying liquids with a 90° T-junction pipe is analyzed. The results indicate that the flow uniformity can be improved by increasing the slope of the inlet total pressure difference curve. So that, a 45° Y-junction pipe with necks come under observation. Then, the T-junction pipe and the Y-junction pipe are simulated numerically. It shows that high flow fluid turn 90°suddenly and block the low flow fluid in T-junction pipe, so flow is nouniform. Because of necks, high flow fluid is blocked and a low pressure area is formed in the center. The suction of the fluid improves the flow uniformity.
