摘    要:针对传统气缸动作回路能量利用效率较低的问题,提出一种桥式气动节能回路,其思想是采用4个二位二通换向阀组成1个全桥,通过控制4个阀的开闭时序以实现进排气量的单独控制,充分利用压缩空气的膨胀能做功以实现节能,关注的重点是如何采用非线性动态优化的思想以得到4个阀的开闭时序。设计了桥式气动节能回路的原理图,搭建了相应的桥式回路试验台。针对桥式节能回路,以空气消耗量为优化目标,基于序列二次规划非线性动态优化方法,实现阀时序的计算。通过实验验证了时序的正确性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low efficiency for cylinder motion system, we propose an energy saving circuit. The idea of this circuit is to use four valves to form a full bridge, and achieve separate control of inlet and exhaust amounts controlled by the on off time sequence of the four valves. The principle is to make full use of expansion energy to do work. The focus of this study is how to use nonlinear dynamic optimization to get on off time sequence. a schematic diagram of the circuit is designed, and a corresponding test platform is set up. The sequence calculation is realized based on the sequence quadratic programming method with air consumption as the optimization objective. The correctness of sequence is verified by experiments.
