矿用林肯润滑泵的故障统计分析及测试台设计

摘    要:统计矿用采、运、排等设备上的各型号林肯泵的故障损坏情况,对其故障类型进行归类后,分析故障原因。从不同检修方案进行故障检修的角度,对比检修成本。分析林肯泵打压测试工装的功能,并制定打压测试工装的方案,设计并制造了一种林肯泵检修修复后的打压测试工装。通过对林肯泵打压测试工装使用效果分析,表明该打压测试工装在故障林肯泵实际检修修复过程中,具有提高检修质量、降低返修率的作用。

Abstract:The fault damage of various Lincoln pumps on mining equipments including mining machine, transportation machinery and drainage machinery is counted. The fault types are classified, and the fault reasons are analyzed. The costs of different maintenance schemes are compared. The functions of Lincoln pumps’ inflation testing instrument are analyzed, and the inflation testing instrument’s scheme is drawn up, and an inflation testing instrument is designed and manufactured. The inflation testing instrument’s actual effect indicates that the instrument will improve the maintenance quality and reduce the re-maintenance rate in the actual maintenance and repair process of the failed Lincoln pump.
