摘    要:电磁螺线管驱动器行程短,响应速度较快,从而实现快速动作,常用于快速直线运动的工业应用中,如隔膜泵的直线驱动。在实际应用中,隔膜泵中柱塞的高速冲击大大降低了隔膜的寿命并带来较大的噪声。通过经验公式建立隔膜泵中电磁驱动机构模型,并通过比例积分微分控制对电磁驱动机构模型进行控制,实现柱塞的软着陆,从而提升隔膜泵的性能。通过COMSOL软件分析隔膜泵柱塞在瞬态磁场下柱塞的运动特性,并对驱动控制参数进行调整,最终实现隔膜泵电磁执行器软着陆。

Abstract:The electromagnetic solenoid driver, which has quickly response, is widely applied in the fast linear motion industry, such like diaphragm pump. However, in the actual application, the life of the diaphragm is greatly reduced owing to the high-speed of the plunger, accompanied by a strong noise. In order to improve the performance of the diaphragm pump, the method for soft landing of electromagnetic actuator is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the electromagnetic driving mechanism model of the diaphragm pump is established by empirical formula. Then, the proportional integral differential control method was given to achieve the soft landing of the electromagnetic actuator. The proposed method was validated by simulation with Comsol software. In the simulation, the transient magnetic field was used to analysis the motion characteristics of the diaphragm pump plunger. The results showed that the soft landing of the diaphragm pump electromagnetic actuator can be achieved by optimizing the control parameters.
