摘    要:为提高四柱式液压机同步控制系统控制精度,在建立系统数学模型基础上,利用蚁群算法优化了系统中PID控制器参数。基于“串联型”和“并联型”同步控制结构在MATLAB/Simulink中进行了仿真研究,为了验证两种同步控制结构的实际控制性能,在四柱式液压机试验台上进行了试验研究。结果表明:“并联型”同步控制结构相比“串联型”同步控制结构最大同步误差减小了80.649%,稳态同步误差减小了30.303%,可以看出“并联型”同步控制结构对于最大同步误差和稳态同步误差的控制效果优于“串联型”同步控制结构,因此,“并联型”同步控制结构更能满足四柱式液压机对于双缸同步控制精度的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the control precision of synchronous control system of double cylinder four column hydraulic press, based on the establishment of system mathematical model, the parameters of PID controller in the system were optimized by ant colony algorithm. Based on the “series type” and “parallel type” synchronous control structure, the simulation research is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink. In order to verify the actual control performance of the two synchronous control structures, the experimental research is carried out on the test bench of a double cylinder four column hydraulic press. The research results show that the maximum synchronization error of the “parallel” synchronous control structure is reduced by 80.6% compared with the “series” synchronous control structure From the test results, it can be seen that the control effect of “parallel type” synchronous control structure for maximum synchronous error and steady-state synchronous error is better than that of “series type” synchronous control structure, so “parallel type” synchronous control structure can meet the requirements of double cylinder four column hydraulic press for double cylinder synchronous control accuracy.
