摘    要:为了解决汽车统计能量分析的不确定性问题,提出了汽车声固耦合模型的随机不确定性统计能量算法。该方法以结构和声腔材料参数为不确定变量,建立了声固腔耦合模型的统计能量方程,计算了模型的自损耗因子和耦合损耗因子,对材料参数的偏导数进行了分析,并根据随机算法理论推导了材料参数不确定状况下的噪声均值、标准差的求解公式。将该方法分别应用于简单平板声腔模型和汽车防火墙声腔模型,成功求解了不确定条件下的模型噪声波动特性。

Abstract:In order to solve the uncertainty problems of vehicle statistical energy analysis, a stochastic uncertainty statistical energy method for vehicle acoustic-structural coupling model was proposed. In this method, structural and acoustic cavity material parameters were taken as uncertain variables. A statistical energy model of acoustic-structural coupling system was built. Both of damping loss factors and coupling loss factors were calculated. Their partial derivatives with respect to material parameters were analyzed. Based on the theory of stochastic algorithm, the formulas for calculating the mean and standard deviation of noise were derived under uncertain material parameters. The stochastic uncertain statistical energy method was applied to simple plate cavity model and car firewall cavity model respectively, and the noise fluctuation characteristics of the model were solved under uncertain conditions successfully.
