楔形间隙中受剪颗粒介质及表面多体接触的瞬态过程分析

摘    要:应用显式有限元方法研究了颗粒介质在楔形摩擦副中的受剪切行为,其中下表面具有与颗粒介质尺度接近的连续凸峰。数值试验表明,显式有限元方法能够捕捉颗粒介质的受剪切行为、碰撞和挤压前后的应力分布、颗粒的塑性变形等。发现了当颗粒多体接触并形成强力链时,会使摩擦界面产生摩擦力和抬升力的峰值。同时探讨了不同的摩擦因数和材料硬度对颗粒介质的应力分布、摩擦力和抬升力的影响。

Abstract:Explicit FEA was used to study the shear behavior of granular media in a wedge-shaped gap, and the asperities whose sizes were close to the scale of granules was constructed on the lower boundary surface. The results of numerical experiments have proved that the explicit FEM can capture the shear behavior of granular media and the stress distribution before and after the collision as well as granule deformation. When the granules contact with each other and form a strong multi-body chain, peak value of friction force and uplift force will occur. In addition, the influences of friction coefficient and material hardness on the stress distribution, friction force and uplift force were discussed.
