摘    要:提出一种基于智能图像识别技术的烟盒包装瑕疵检测方法,将图像处理为灰度值矩阵后,通过感兴趣区域和 Sobel 算子边框查找法进行瑕疵快速识别。提出一种基于机器学习和 SVM s 模式识别的分级算法,实现包装瑕疵的快速分类。建立了盒装香烟包装质量检测系统模型,验证所提算法具有正确识别率高和误判率合理等优点,对构建基于智能图像识别的产品检测系统具有一定的工业参考价值。

Abstract:This paper proposes a intelligent image recognition technology-based cigarette box packaging defect detection method.After processing the image into a grey value matrix , the defects are quickly identified by the region of interest and Sobel operator border finding method.A classification algorithm based on machine learning and SVM s pattern recognition is proposed to achieve fast classification of packaging defects.A boxed cigarette package quality inspection system model is established to verify that the proposed algorithm has the advantages of high correct recognition rate and reasonable misclassification rate , which is a certain industrial reference value for building an intelligent image recognition-based product inspection system.
