基于 CPCI 模块的无人航天器软件重构技术

摘    要:针对传统无人航天器软件重构技术耗时过长和重构性能较差的问题,提出基于 CPCI 模块的无人航天器软件重构技术.调用 CPCI 模块内总线的所有接口控制模块动态加载的顺序,实现 CPCI 模块的动态加载;利用 VI 程序配置和 FPGAVI 子程序配置,完成无人航天器上位机的标定开发,通过 FPGA 配置时序执行点火、喷火、驱动和熄火等重要指令.集成多个 AD 采集板,完成软件烧写程序,启动 CPCI 模块内的各个接口,完成模块动态配置,实现软件重构.实验结果表明,基于 CPCI 模块动态加载的无人航天器软件重构技术的重构耗时短,运行有效功率较高,电机转速稳定.

Abstract:In view of the long time-consuming and poor reconstruction performance of traditional unmanned spacecraft software reconstruction technology , a CPCI module-based unmanned spacecraft software reconstruction technology is proposed.All the interfaces of the bus in the CPCI module are called to control the dynamic loading sequence of the modules to realize the dynamic loading of the CPCI module ; VI program configuration and FPGA VI subprogram configuration are used to complete the calibration development of the unmanned spacecraft ’s position , and the timing execution is configured through FPGA Important instructions such as ignition , flame spraying ,driving , and flameout.Multiple AD acquisition boards are integrated to complete the software programming program , start each interface in the CPCI module ,complete the dynamic configuration of the module , and realize software reconstruction.The experimental results show that the reconstruction of the unmanned spacecraft software reconstruction technology based on the dynamic loading of the CPCI module takes a short time , the operating effective power is high , and the motor speed is stable.
