| 摘 要： | 为了满足钻机安全监控对实时性、可靠性和准确性的需求，实现石油钻机安全状态监控预警，提高钻机自动化与生产安全水平，建立了钻井安全实时监控系统，设计了钻机提升平台安全监控系统的总体方案。结合力控组态软件的开发与设计，使系统可以实时显示钻机的各类参数，并实现报警。通过调试和运行，表明系统性能稳定可靠，实时性好，监控与报警迅速灵敏，实现了钻机安全监控，为钻机的稳定运行发挥了极大的作用，具有较高的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirement of realtime,reliability and accuracy of rig safety monitoring,realize monitoring and early warning of oil rig safety status,and improve the level of rig automation and production safety,a realtime monitoring system for drilling safety was established,and the overall scheme of safety monitoring system for rig hoisting platform was designed.The development and design of the conjoint control configuration software enables the system to display various parameters of the drilling machine in real time and realize alarm.Through debugging and operation,it is shown that the system has stable and reliable performance,good realtime performance,and rapid and sensitive monitoring and alarm,which has realized the safety monitoring of the drill,played a great role in the stable operation of the drill,and has a high value of promotion and application. |
