多雷达实时定轨的一致性分布式容积信息滤波算法

摘    要:针对传统单雷达实时定轨精度较低而多雷达集中式定轨需要信息融合中心且通信量较大的问题,提出一种多雷达一致性分布式容积信息滤波(CD-CIF)算法。该算法由平均一致性滤波器和容积信息滤波器级联构成。平均一致性滤波器融合雷达对卫星的多源观测信息,输出的量测值收敛于多源量测信息的平均一致值。容积信息滤波器利用此量测值执行等效集中式滤波以更新状态估计值和协方差矩阵。仿真校验结果表明,多雷达CD-CIF算法实时定轨精度明显高于单雷达定轨精度,与多雷达集中式算法相当,但无需信息融合中心且降低了通信量。

Abstract:A consensus-based distributed cubature information filter (CD-CIF) is proposed for multi-radar orbit determination when traditional centralized orbit determination need information fusion center and high network traffic. This algorithm consists of CIF and consensus filter. The multi-source observation information from radars to satellite is fused by consensus filter, and the measurement value that converges to the average multi-source measurement value is output. The CIF performs equivalent centralized filter by using this measurement value to update the state estimation and covariance matrix. The simulation validation results show that multi-radar CD-CIF has a higher orbit determination accuracy than single radar, which is the same as centralized algorithm, but need no fusion center and less network traffic.
