根据我国西北某地区的典型环境温度对600MW直接空冷机组的低压末叶片进行优化,得到合理的低压排汽面积,同时根据末级叶片的设计特点对其变工况特性进行分析,从而对620mm末叶片的变工况性能有一定了解。分析结果表明,设计背压为15kPa.a时,末叶片采用620mm比较合适;采用专用强化叶型、控制反动度、控制攻角等方法的620mm末叶片可以有效保证空冷机组变工况安全高效运行。  相似文献

The effects of design parameters and the optimum design parameters for a Pin-Fin heat sink (PFHS) with the multiple thermal performance characteristics have been investigated by using the grey-fuzzy logic based on the orthogonal arrays. Various design parameters, such as height and diameter of pin-fin and width of pitch between fins are explored by experiment. The average convective heat transfer coefficient, thermal resistance and pressure drop are considered as the multiple thermal performance characteristics. Through the grey-fuzzy logic analysis, the optimization of complicated multiple performance characteristics can be converted into the optimization of a single grey-fuzzy reasoning grade. In addition, the analysis of variance (ANOVA) is applied to find the effect of each design parameter on the each or all thermal performance characteristics. Then the results of confirmation test with the optimal level constitution of design parameters have obviously shown that this logic approach can effective in optimizing the PFHS with the multiple thermal performance characteristics.  相似文献

An explicit procedure for the design and sizing of balanced regenerators has been developed. A set of performance curves relating the thermal ratio, harmonic mean reduced length and period, and minimum cold fluid outlet temperature is presented. The specific characteristics of the regenerator's matrix including the heat transfer and pressure drop correlations are used to develop interrelations, represented by a set of three design curves, between these quantitites and the operating characteristics of the regenerator. The performance and design curves are used in the design procedure to determine the dimensions of the regenerator for the specified operating conditions.  相似文献

Design characteristics and performance of a pressurized solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) hybrid system using a fixed gas turbine (GT) design are analyzed. The gas turbine is assumed to exist prior to the hybrid system design and all the other components such as the SOFC module and auxiliary parts are assumed to be newly designed for the hybrid system. The off-design operation of the GT is modeled by the performance characteristics of the compressor and the turbine. In the SOFC module, internal reforming with anode gas recirculation is adopted. Variations of both the hybrid system performance and operating condition of the gas turbine with the design temperature of the SOFC were investigated. Special focus is directed on the shift of the gas turbine operating points from the original points. It is found that pressure loss at the fuel cell module and other components, located between the compressor and the turbine, shifts the operating point. This results in a decrease of the turbine inlet temperature at each compressor operating condition relative to the original temperature for the GT only system. Thus, it is difficult to obtain the original GT power. Two cell voltage cases and various degrees of temperature difference at the cell are considered and their influences on the system design characteristics and performance are comparatively analyzed.  相似文献

分析了贫燃催化燃烧燃气轮机系统中压气机的结构特点,设计了低出口宽径比、高比转速的压气机叶轮,并采用数值计算和试验2种方法预测了其工作性能.结果表明:数值计算与试验结果基本吻合,该压气机在全工况下达到设计要求,且2种结果的高压比区域、高效率区域均远离喘振线;低宽径比、高比转速压气机的设计点在高效区;随着转速的提高,此压气机的压比特性曲线在小流量区增长的趋势明显;采用低宽径比、高比转速设计的负面作用是增大了叶尖相对马赫数.  相似文献

Designing the primary airfoils for the outboard part of wind turbine blades is a complicated problem of balancing structural, aerodynamic, and acoustic requirements. This paper presents an optimization method for the overall performance of outboard wind turbine airfoils. Based on the complex flow characteristics of the rotor blades and the varying requirements along the span of a blade, the design principles of outboard airfoils were investigated. The requirements for improving the structural performance and reducing the aerodynamic noise were combined with the following aerodynamic design considerations: high efficiency, low extreme loads, stability, and a wide operating region. Thus, this paper proposes a new mathematical model for overall airfoil optimization using the airfoil performance evaluation indicators. Then, an integrated optimization design platform is established for outboard airfoils. Through 2 design cases, new airfoils with desirable aerodynamic characteristics and improved overall performance were obtained. Comparisons between the new airfoils and reference airfoils based on numerical predictions indicate that the proposed method with the newly established mathematical model can effectively balance the complex requirements of the airfoil and improve its overall performance. More notably, the design cases also indicate that the established optimization design method can be used to address special designs of outboard airfoils for different blade requirements.  相似文献
